Has the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active just leaked?

The rumored Samsung Galaxy S6 Active might have just been spotted inside a pair of leaked images. The photos reveal the top and back of the black handset with Galaxy S6 Active written around the rear, with all the AT&T logo written above it.

The photos appeared on GSMArena, and it also looks pretty legitimate. The device looks akin to its predecessor, the Galaxy S5 Active (pictured above).

A heart-rate monitor can be seen around the rear from the handset next to the camera sensor, but it really looks like the fingerprint scanner has become replaced with a regular home button (a lot like what happened while using Galaxy S5 Active). It also features physical "recent apps", "home" and "return" keys, instead of the standard S6's capacitive buttons.

Samsung released Active variants of that Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S5 - that were essentially tougher versions with their flagship counterparts.

The Galaxy S5 Active was an AT&T-exclusive handset, and divided critics having its rugged, ugly construction. If the above pictures are really the, we would be in for more on the same.
